I am pleased to once again welcome all participants and guests of the 23rd FINA World Junior Diving Championships 2021 in Ukraine.
Kyiv is a very hospitable and sporty city which loves diving and welcomes diving communities from around the world.
The arena Sport Center “LIKO” is experienced in hosting high-profile competitions and every time provides young athletes with the best conditions that meet all international standards.
Nowadays the whole world is facing difficult times, but I believe that by working together we will do our best and overcome all the challenges and host a wonderful championship that will be memorable for all of us.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the International Swimming Federation (FINA) for trusting the Ukrainian Diving Federation and putting high hopes on holding the sports forum at a very high level and making it a real decoration in the sports life of Kyiv and all over the world.
I wish all the participants of the 23rd FINA World Junior Diving Championships 2021 to show their maximum results, achieve all desired goals, and to the spectators – unforgettable impressions of the sports holiday! May the best athlete win!
